At American Duchess, we want you to be completely enamored with your historical footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to protect the historical detailing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
